Foyle Food Group

Foyle Food Group (FFG) is one of the largest red meat processors in the UK. FFG commenced trading in 1977 and is owned by the Acheson family, who have been involved since inception. Over 1,300 people are employed across among state-of-the-art facilities across five processing sites in the UK and Ireland. There is a capacity to slaughter over 350,000 cattle each year, producing 100,000 tonnes annually. The group is operated and managed from a head office and shared-service centre in Omagh from which 80 group employees are based, providing key roles in sales, procurement, logistics, technical, health and safety, human resources and finance.
