Kelly is the Finance Director at the UK Agri-Tech Centre, bringing over a decade of leadership experience as a Finance Director across a diverse range of industries. With a strong background in manufacturing and construction, including navigating challenges during a global recession, she excels in enhancing internal processes and driving organisational efficiency.
In her previous role, Kelly held a board-level position in an owner-managed SME within the manufacturing sector, where she demonstrated expertise in corporate governance and change management. Kelly’s most recent expertise in financial management is highlighted by her successful navigation of regulatory compliance with various government funding bodies, including DEFRA, DSIT, UKRI and IUK, adhering to strict guidelines. Her strategic financial leadership supports impactful collaborations in the agri-tech sector, leveraging skills in financial planning, risk management and capital optimisation.
Kelly’s academic credentials include an MSc degree and she is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
