Accelerating innovation and growth

Agri-Tech Solution Sprints are short, intensive programmes designed to provide solutions that move your innovation from prototype to reality.

Over one focused month, UK Agri-Tech Centre specialists work directly with your team to tackle a defined technical or commercial challenge—helping you move faster and with confidence towards market.

No long lead times. No heavy burden. Just practical solutions that make a difference.

Who is it for?

Agri‑Tech Solution Sprints are designed for micro, small and medium-sized businesses working in agritech or developing solutions that can be applied to the sector, with a working prototype or early-stage product. We are particularly interested in solutions across:

  • Controlled environments
  • Robotics and automation
  • Advanced sensors
  • AI and data systems
  • Engineering biology

If you’ve proven your concept and now need help refining your market fit, validating your solution with end-users or preparing for investment and scale, this programme is for you.

How does it work?

  • A wrap-up session and report with actionable next steps

Support may include (but is not limited to):

  • Stakeholder mapping and introductions
  • Technology validation

  • Commercial roadmap guidance

Key outcomes:

By the end of your sprint, you can expect outcomes tailored to your business, which could include:
