He plays a key role in ensuring the Centre has the resources, partnerships and infrastructure needed to help businesses prove, build and scale their technologies.
Before joining the UK Agri-Tech Centre, James was Chief Financial Officer at Apatura, one of the UK’s leading and innovative energy infrastructure developers. He has also held senior finance leadership roles at SAAS Global, Audio-Technica and Leeds Conservatoire.
James brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, investment appraisal, business partnering and project management. His experience in supporting growth-focused organisations helps strengthen the Centre’s industry partnerships, drive commercial success and create the conditions for innovation to achieve real-world impact at scale.
