The Global Growth Accelerator – Australasia fast tracks UK agri-tech businesses by validating technologies for UK dairy and livestock (beef and sheep) in New Zealand’s innovation-led farming systems.

To participate in the Global Growth Accelerator, your solution must:
The programme will fund direct costs associated with the trial and demonstration of technologies. This may include shipment, deployment, demonstration, validation or other direct costs. In your application do not include the market purchase value of technology item, any labour or overheads.
A funded visit for one representative per business will also be provided separately. This will include a 2-week market visit to the relevant country for technology setup, deployment, farmer training and stakeholder engagement. This will include economy airfare and accommodation while in the target country. Dates subject to change.

Jenna has extensive experience leading high-impact, multi-million-pound global projects that drive on-farm sustainability, productivity and profitability. She has scoped, developed and delivered test and trial projects across Europe, Africa, North and South America, the Middle East and Asia.
She has gained international recognition and is well published, and has an in-depth understanding of global business, geopolitics, macroeconomics, network development, knowledge exchange, strategy, operations, risk management, project delivery, leadership and commercialisation/NPD, and adept in cultivating, managing and leveraging stakeholder relationships across Government, Academia and industry. Jenna is an energetic and inspiring leader with a deep understanding of how science can be applied to create impact in global agriculture.
James Kayam, International Manager
James drives international business development and partnership building across the global agri-tech ecosystem. With deep experience in the UK agri-tech landscape, he has supported UK companies to expand internationally while helping overseas agri-tech businesses establish operations in the UK.
He has led numerous international agri-tech missions, including outbound programmes to Australasia and reciprocal inward visits, and has played a key role in developing collaboration agreements with New Zealand, Spain and Canada.
Working across subsectors including animal health, crop science, precision engineering and aquaculture, James connects innovators, industry and government to unlock commercial opportunities and global growth.

He specialises in turning winning agri-tech bids into successful delivery, with expertise in project controls, risk and financial management, and stakeholder engagement.
Skilled at leading cross-functional teams and working with international partners, James ensures complex projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
He thrives on delivering global impact, working effectively with overseas partners to drive forward novel solutions that benefit industry, academia and wider society.

International Delivery Lead
Tatiana is the International Delivery Lead at the UK Agri-Tech Centre, supporting the delivery of international programmes to support the growth of UK agri-tech businesses and drive global collaboration and innovation. Originally from California, she brings a background in social impact, international development and marketing, with experience working across diverse geographies and stakeholder groups.
At the UK Agri-Tech Centre, Tatiana has supported international missions and collaborative projects delivered with government, industry and academia. With a strong focus on strategic communications and stakeholder engagement, she helps amplify the reach and impact of global programmes and supports partners to connect, collaborate and scale solutions to shared agricultural challenges.
