As a part of our UK Agri-Tech Centre Growth Week, gain a first-hand view of the latest dairy innovations coming out of Canada. As part of the Twin Pastures initiative, this networking breakfast brings together Canadian agri‑tech companies and dairy-focused academics hosted by the UK Agri‑Tech Centre, offering you the chance to explore cutting‑edge technologies, fresh research insights and practical developments shaping one of the world’s most progressive dairy sectors. The City Food & Drink Lecture, now in its 25th year, is an annual, invitation-only high-profile fixture in the City of London and international food and drink industry calendars. The Lecture is delivered each year by a leading figure in the food business who is invited to speak about the issues they regard as the most important in shaping the way food and drink is produced, distributed, marketed, sold and consumed. Groundswell is a two-day regenerative agriculture festival that provides a forum for farmers, growers and anyone interested in agroecological systems to learn about producing food and fibre while regenerating the soil and land. Groundswell is hosted by the Cherry family on their farms in Hertfordshire. The on-farm location means the event has a practical focus, with in-field demos and safaris alongside the main talks and workshops in a variety of venues. Many attendees camp on-site during the festival, and there’s an array of independent food traders and evening entertainment at the ‘Earthworm Arms’ bar. Groundswell maintains an independent and grassroots ‘by farmers for farmers’ ethos whilst being firmly established in the farming calendar as a key knowledge exchange event.   Learn more about the event
