Innovation Associate – Agricultural Sustainability

As an Innovation Associate, you will play a key role in advancing sustainability within agricultural ecosystems. Your work will focus on understanding and enhancing sustainability, exploring trade-offs and integrating concepts such as Biodiversity Net Gain, the Environmental Land Management Scheme, and emerging Carbon Markets. This technical expertise will inspire collaboration and support impactful sector growth.

Project Portfolio Manager

The Project Portfolio Manager is primarily responsible for providing mentoring and support for the Project Managers and Project Coordinators in the successful delivery of all projects. Projects are delivered through teams comprised of members from across the orginiastion providing specialist knowledge to support project outcomes and objectives. Projects must be delivered, governed and administered in line with the funders guidelines and procedures.

Project Manager

The Project Managers are responsible for the successful delivery of high level, complex or multifaceted projects within the UK Agri-Tech Centre portfolio through effective assurance, tracking and reporting.

To succeed in this role, you should have effective communication skills and be able to collaborate with the UK Agri-Tech Centre Partners as well as various industry and academic partners to deliver successful outcomes to set deadlines.

Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of projects within the UK Agri-Tech Centre portfolio through effective assurance, tracking and reporting.
You will need effective communication and stakeholder management skills and be able to assist the Project Managers and wider project team to collaborate with Project Partners as well as various industry and academic partners, to support the delivery of our project portfolio.

Office Manager

You will provide office management for the York Hub as well as virtual office management for several of our smaller offices across the UK. As the Office Manager, you will work closely with the UK Agri-Tech Centre IT team, providing administrative assistance for this function.
